Martin Törngren, KTH, Challenges and approaches for integrated multidisciplinary development of embedded control systemsAbstract: Products incorporating embedded systems tend to become more and more complex, thus also requiring more and more experts from different disciplines involved in the development. Systems architecting and systems integration become challenges in the development of such multidisciplinary systems, having to bridge different technologies and disciplinary areas/theories, as well as handling organizational barriers. This talk will give a survey of research efforts in the area of embedded control systems that try to handle these challenges.
