Investigation of needs and requirements related to monitoring of physical activity in daily life: A qualitative study of older adults' experiences from using activity bracelets

The aim of this project was to make an initial investigation of how older adults experience using commercial activity bracelets. Participants used the bracelets for a short time and were inteviewed about their experienes. Inteviews were subjected to qualitative content analysis. Areas for further investigation were identified.
