Gabriele Capannini, Senior Lecturer

I received the MS degree in computer science from the University of Pisa in 2007 and the PhD degree in computer science from the University of Pisa in 2012. He joined the Italian National Research Council (CNR) in Pisa during the PhD studies. In 2015, I started as a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Innovation, Design and Engineering, Mälardalen University.

My interests include computational geometry, massively parallel algorithms, and data structures. I worked on GPU computing, information retrieval, and more recently, and collision detection.
