Hang Yin is a PhD student in the division of Embedded Systems at Mälardalen University. He received his first master's degree in Detection Technique and Automatic Devices at East China University of Science and Technology, Shanghai, China in 2008. He completed another master's degree in Embedded Systems and licentiate degree at Mälardalen Univerisity, Västerås, Sweden in 2010 and 2012, respectively. His research interests include software engineering (component-based software engineering in particular), adaptive embedded systems, real-time systems, software architecture, model-based engineering, and model checking.
