Andreas Ermedahl is an associate professor at Mälardalen University since 2008. Andreas received his Ph.D. in 2003 at Uppsala University (Sweden).
Andreas’ main research interest is static program analysis with a special focus on worst-case execution time (WCET) analysis. He is the main architect and developer of the SWEET tool, one of the leading static WCET analysis tools in the world. Andreas has participated in several EU-funded research projects, e.g., ALL-TIMES, ARTIST-DESIGN, and CHESS, and is also managing the national industrial graduate school SAVE-IT that involves 21 industrial PhD students.
