Development of fault tolerant heterogeneous big data analysis computer hardware and software for onboard data processing in autonomous vehicles. Heterogeneous computers are identified by combining central processing units (CPU), graphical processing units (GPU), and field programmable gate arrays (FPGA). GIMME3 is an evolution of previous MDH research and bring TFLOP performance in a physical form factor of 70 x 70 mm2 and about 6 W of power. The platform will be the core for industrial grade stereo-vision systems.
