Farnam Maybodi is currently a Research Engineer at Mälardalens University. His main focus is to design and develop a hardware accelerator for a heterogenous micro-architecture, which can be a deployment infrastructure for state-of-the-art AI applications.
He holds a Ph.D. degree in Smart Computing with a focus on Dataflow Execution Models, which are built on top of a Cluster of MPSoC FPGA to execute many asynchronous parallel threads in a distributing manner. He received his bachelor's and master's degree in Electronics and Electrical Engineering with a focus on Analog Integrated Circuits in particular oversampling Analog to Digital Converters (ADCs).
He has got over ten years of experience in designing, prototyping, and implementing electronic systems based on FPGAs, in a wide range of competencies including system design, electronic level, and hardware and software programming.
