Niclas Ericsson is an Industrial Doctoral Student working at RISE SICS Västerås since February 2016. He has been working as a software engineer and researcher with Industrial Distributed Control Systems for more than 15 years at ABB Corporate Research and Bombardier Transportation. His main research interest is related to communication assessment and how to improve the efficiency when developing communication software for time critical systems.
