Zeinab Bakhshi , Doctoral student

Zeinab Bakhshi earned her Ph.D. from Mälardalen University (MDU) in Sweden, where she conducted research under the supervision of Prof. Hansson and Dr. Rodriguez-Navas. Her research focused on fault tolerance and dependability within Fog computing and container-based solutions. In 2021, she received her Licentiate degree from MDU. She previously earned her Master's degree in 2013 from Islamic Azad University Science and Research Branch and her Bachelor's degree in 2010 from Islamic Azad University, Naragh. Before her doctoral studies, Zeinab lectured at Informatics University in Iran and worked as a security engineer in several companies across the UAE and Iran. Additionally, she gained valuable experience in the R&D division of Rightel, a telecommunications company. Currently, she leads R&D projects as a project leader at Hitachi Energy and is affiliated with MDU.

My Research interests include Cyber physical systems, Security, Safety, Networking, Error Detection, Error Recovery, Fault Removal and Dependability in Fog Computing.
