Pablo Gutiérrez Peón received a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Mälardalen University, Västerås, Sweden, in 2024, after defending his thesis entitled “Dependable real-time communications for systems with integrated wired and wireless connectivity”. In 2016, he received his Licentiate degree from the same university with the thesis “Medium Access Control for Wireless Networks with Diverse Real-Time and Reliability Requirements”. He obtained both degrees while working at TTTech Computertechnik AG in Vienna, Austria. Since 2011 he holds a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering from Universidad de Cantabria, Santander, Spain. He also holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science, specialized in real-time systems, from Universidad de Cantabria since 2013.
