Anna Åkerberg holds a PhD in Health and Welfare from Mälardalen University and works at FoU Sörmland and at the School of Innovation, Design and Engineering at Mälardalen University, Västerås. She holds a Master Degree in Public Health Science and has been working in the Health Technology are since 2011. As a Public Health Scientist, her goal is to promote health and prevent disease, and she is intrested in how to use technology for promotion of health, starting from the user perspective and including measurements and encouragements of physical activity. The overarching aim, from a public health perspective, is to promote health and to prevent disease.
