Henrik Gustavsson is a Functional Architect at Bombardier Transportation with a M.Sc. in Applied Physics and Electrical Engineering from Linköping Institute of Technology. He has 19 years of experience in the field of control system applications, working primarily with control systems integration with electric control circuits and other systems. His foremost work has been in application functions and requirements management, writing functional requirements specifications for embedded software and following up the requirements via software reviews including safety reviews and functional integration testing.
Analysis of the transformation into a PLE (Product Line Engineering) company. Specifically, the focus would be on how to represent feature variability and orthogonal variability for train product families (e.g., by means of a hierarchical decomposition of features). The project will investigate the use of variability in architecture, design and realization artifacts with the main goal to explicitly define and manage the variability of a product line all the way through the development process.
